Cancellation Policy

At Time Capsule Retreat, we understand that plans can change. Our Cancellation Policy is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring we can manage our business efficiently.

1. Standard Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the check-in date: You will receive a full refund of any payments made.

  • Cancellations made between 7 to 13 days before the check-in date: You will receive a 50% refund of the total booking cost.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the check-in date: No refund will be issued. Full payment will be charged.

2. Non-Refundable Rates or Special Offers

  • For bookings made under non-refundable rates or special promotions, no refunds will be provided regardless of when the cancellation occurs. These rates are final once booked.

3. Changes to Your Reservation

  • If you wish to modify your booking dates or room type, please contact us at least 7 days before your scheduled check-in. Changes are subject to availability and may result in a rate adjustment.

  • Changes made less than 7 days before check-in may be treated as cancellations, and our standard cancellation policy will apply.

4. No-Show Policy

  • If you fail to check in on your scheduled arrival date without notifying us in advance, your reservation will be treated as a no-show, and the full amount of your booking will be charged. No refund will be provided.

5. Early Departure

  • If you choose to depart earlier than your scheduled check-out date, no refunds will be issued for unused nights.

6. Force Majeure

  • In the event of unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions, we reserve the right to modify or cancel your booking. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or offer the option to reschedule your stay without penalty.

Reservation Policy

1. Booking & Payment

  • Full Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfer.

  • For bank transfer, please contact us at +60 13-963 8888 for the necessary details. Payments can be made securely through our online booking system.

2. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in Time: 3:00 PM

  • Check-out Time: 12:00 PM

  • Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request, subject to availability, and may incur an additional charge.

3. Minimum Stay Requirements

  • A minimum stay of 1 night is required for all bookings.

4. Special Requests

We are happy to accommodate special requests (e.g., dietary restrictions, room preferences) whenever possible. Please let us know at the time of booking, and we will do our best to fulfill your needs.

5. Group Bookings

For group reservations of 5 rooms or more, a group booking policy applies. Please contact us directly for more details.

6. Children & Extra Guests

  • Children Policy: We welcome guests of all ages.

  • Extra Guests: The number of extra guests allowed depends on the room booked. Extra charges may apply, and all additional guests are subject to the room’s capacity limits.

7. Pets

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Time Capsule Retreat.

8. Smoking Policy

All rooms are strictly non-smoking. A cleaning fee of RM300 will be charged for any violations.

9. Liability

Time Capsule Retreat is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings during your stay. Please ensure your valuables are stored securely.

10. COVID-19 Health & Safety

We follow strict cleaning and sanitization protocols to ensure the safety of our guests and staff. If you experience COVID-19 symptoms or need to modify your stay due to health reasons, please contact us to discuss your options.
